1/2" ID x 3/8" W Spacer. Fits 1/2" diameter axles. For use on rear wheels axles to spaced out wider tires (2" or more) and preventing them from rubbing against the chair. It includes a set-screw to keep the spacer from falling off axle when wheels are removed
