PolyMem Max dressings contain a higher concentration of the PolyMem formulation compared to standard PolyMem pads, making them the preferred choice when wounds produce moderate to heavy exudate. The 3″ × 3″ non-adhesive format allows placement on fragile or sensitised skin without adhesive trauma. By managing exudate more aggressively, PolyMem Max helps prevent maceration of surrounding tissue, a common complication that delays healing in high-output wounds such as pressure injuries, venous leg ulcers, and infected sites. This case contains 4 boxes of 10 pads each.
