Its semi-permeable polyurethane construction balances barrier protection against liquids and micro-organisms with sufficient moisture vapour permeability to keep the skin comfortable beneath the dressing during extended wear. Rounded corners and a conformable film help the dressing stay securely in place during daily activity.
