Description
The Med RX 8 Fr, 21-inch Sterile Straight Suction Catheter is designed for gentle, controlled suctioning in paediatric patients or adults with smaller airways requiring a finer catheter. The 21-inch length provides ample reach for nasotracheal or deep oral suctioning without excess tubing. The thumb-operated control valve allows the clinician to insert the catheter without active suction and apply negative pressure only when correctly positioned, which substantially reduces mucosal trauma. Each catheter is individually sterile-packaged; the box of 50 supports home-care nursing teams and clinical units alike.
