Return Policy for Health Supplies and Mobility Products at FinalMedic:
 
  • Return Window: Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

  • Return Process: Contact us at 1-800-295-8579 or info@finalmedic.ca for a return authorization and shipping instructions before sending items back.

  • Inspection and Refund: After inspection, if approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Damaged or used products.
    • Products beyond the 30-day return period.
    • Items marked as “no returns” in the product description.
  • Buyer’s Responsibility:
    • Shipping costs for returns are on the buyer unless FinalMedic made an error.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Use a trackable shipping service; insurance is recommended.
  • Special Orders:

Shipping:
  • Free Shipping: Spend $140 or more (before taxes) for free shipping within Canada.
  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $10 for orders under $140 (before taxes). All prices in CAD.

Delivery:

  • Days: Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays.
  • Carriers: Fed-Ex, UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post, depending on location.
  • Delivery times vary, typically next business day in major cities if ordered before 5pm between Sunday and Thursday. Check tracking for estimated delivery dates.


Storage and Shipping Times:

  • In-Stock Items: Shipped same or next business day.
  • Special Order Items: Up to 2 weeks. You’ll be informed if items are not in stock with an estimated delivery.
