Description

Part of the gait trainer accessory range, this hip positioner is a height-adjustable seat harness that holds the hip and pelvis while still letting the user shift weight from one leg to the other — the movement walking actually depends on.

Shorten the straps to encourage more weight bearing, or lengthen them so the harness works as a safety sling instead. Where the straps sit on the handlebar changes the pelvis position, giving another axis of adjustment. The pad is removable for cleaning.
