Tire Size and Compatibility

Due to the larger diameter of the CST off-road tires, 22″ wheels roll like 24″ wheels. When fully inflated, the measurement from the top to the bottom of the tire is nearly exactly 24″, despite being a 22″ rim.

Axle Pin Sizing Guide

Find your manufacturer in the reference chart below to determine your axle sleeve length and the pin length needed if spacing the wheels out with 1 spacer (5/16″) or two (5/8″).

Adapting for 7/16″ Bearings

If your wheelchair has 7/16″ bearings, simply purchase 7/16″ bearings to swap with the standard 1/2″ bearings in the hub. Add bearing spacers to prevent the larger wheels from rubbing the chair or your clothes. Links to get started:
