Description

The Kanga Adult is a folding tilt-in-space wheelchair for someone who cannot hold a single seated position all day. The seat tilts through 45º and the backrest angle opens from 90º to 110º, so a caregiver can shift the user’s weight back in the chair instead of transferring them out of it.

Frame width and depth adjust without buying extra components, which is why it is so often specified for rental fleets and long-term care. Height-adjustable back canes, removable T-style armrests, transit brackets and anti-tippers are included; footrests or elevating legrests, plus the seat cushion, backrest and headrest, are ordered separately to complete the system.
