Description

The Med-Aire Plus 8″ is a powered mattress system for beds where pressure redistribution and skin microclimate both need managing at once — it runs alternating pressure and low air loss together across 20 individual air cells. The digital control unit offers four cycle times of 10, 15, 20 and 25 minutes plus comfort settings by patient weight, with audible and visual alarms for air pressure, system and power faults.

Cell-on-cell construction resists bottoming out and holds the surface usable for up to 24 hours during a power outage. The 36″ x 84″ fluid-resistant stretch cover is removable, and capacity is 450 lb.
