Description
The Melody is an alternating pressure and low air loss mattress replacement, running 20 individual air cells on a 10 minute cycle, or holding them static when a cycling surface is not wanted. Adjustable patient weight settings tune how deeply the person is immersed.
It measures 35″ wide by 80″ long with 8″ deep cells and is rated to 350 lb. A pillow section at the head end steadies the head, the removable nylon cover is fluid resistant and vapour permeable, and a CPR valve dumps the air quickly when someone has to be laid flat.
