Description

A semi-electric bed splits the work: the head and foot sections move electronically from a clip-on pendant that mounts on the bed rail, while overall height is set by a single crank. That keeps the price down for households that reposition often but change height rarely.

Channel frame construction resists twisting and bending, the zinc-coated spring deck is built for long service, and the moulded polyethylene bed ends wipe clean. Patient weight capacity is 350 lb with a total capacity of 450 lb, and the bed satisfies applicable FDA entrapment guidelines. An extension kit (model 15005EXTKIT-L) takes the length from 80″ to 84″.
