Description
A bariatric bed is wider than standard, so a table top that stops short is useless. This one measures 18″ by 40″ specifically to reach the centre line of most bariatric beds, on a welded steel frame that is reinforced throughout and holds 500 lb once locked.
For long term care and bariatric home setups the height range covers a seated user through to someone propped up in bed: 30″ to 45″, set in 1″ increments. The frame extends nearly the full length of the top for stability, and 2″ swivel casters let staff move it clear during transfers. Shipping weight is 75 lb.
