Description
A matched pair of 24″ x 1″ (540 mm) wheelchair wheels built on the 16-spoke RX rim and fitted with the Shox G2 All Terrain solid, puncture-proof tyre. Supplied fully assembled with push rims — bolt them on and go.
A 16-spoke aluminium rim: fewer, heavier-gauge spokes than a classic 36-spoke build, so it stays stiff while shedding weight and it wipes clean far more easily after a muddy ride.
The Shox G2 is a solid polyurethane tyre with an all-terrain tread: no tubes, no pressure to check and no possibility of a flat. Firmer than air over sharp bumps, and it never lets you down.

Fitting and compatibility
Built for manual wheelchairs with a standard quick-release axle. Before ordering, confirm your rim size (the ISO number on your current tyre wall), your axle length and bearing size, and that the frame and push rims have clearance for the tyre width — a wider off-road tyre needs more room than a standard wheel. Send us your wheelchair make and model and we will check the fit before the order goes out. Quick-release axles are available separately.
