Description
A matched pair of 22″ x 1 3/8″ (501 mm) wheelchair wheels built on the X-CORE 5-spoke rim and fitted with the Kenda Nevegal pneumatic tyre. Supplied fully assembled with push rims — bolt them on and go.
The X-CORE composite 5-spoke is a one-piece moulded wheel: nothing to true, nothing to tension, and nothing for mud to pack into.
Kenda’s Nevegal is a true knobby: deep, widely spaced blocks that bite into loose gravel, wet grass, sand and packed dirt. The most aggressive tread in this range.

Fitting and compatibility
Built for manual wheelchairs with a standard quick-release axle. Before ordering, confirm your rim size (the ISO number on your current tyre wall), your axle length and bearing size, and that the frame and push rims have clearance for the tyre width — a wider off-road tyre needs more room than a standard wheel. Send us your wheelchair make and model and we will check the fit before the order goes out. Quick-release axles are available separately.
