The 15 cm × 20 cm pad is designed for larger wound beds — extensive venous leg ulcers, pressure injuries, or burns — where broad coverage and high absorption capacity are needed alongside reliable antimicrobial protection. Silver ions are released upon contact with wound exudate, delivering fast-acting, broad-spectrum activity while the dressing gels and supports autolytic debridement of slough and devitalised tissue.
