Description
The Aquacel Foam Adhesive Dressing in the 10 cm x 30 cm (4″ x 12″) format is Convatec’s largest standard adhesive Hydrofiber foam, engineered for extensive wounds producing moderate to heavy exudate. Its Hydrofiber wound contact layer gels immediately upon contact with wound fluid, sequestering exudate and the bacteria it contains to reduce the risk of periwound maceration and cross-contamination. The elongated shape is particularly practical for trochanteric pressure injuries, large venous ulcers, and abdominal wound dehiscence. Each box holds 10 individually wrapped sterile dressings.
