The Convatec Aquacel Non-Adhesive Foam Dressing in the 15 cm x 15 cm (6 in x 6 in) size accommodates larger exuding wounds that benefit from Hydrofiber absorption without a built-in adhesive border. The Hydrofiber wound-contact layer transforms wound fluid into a soft gel on contact, locking exudate away from the wound surface to reduce maceration and support granulation. Its non-adhesive design makes it compatible with secondary fixation of the clinician’s choice, including retention tapes, mesh bandages, or compression systems, providing flexibility across hospital, long-term care, and home-care environments.
