The Convatec Carboflex Odor Control Dressing (15 cm × 20 cm) is an activated-carbon multi-layer dressing engineered for larger, heavily exuding wounds where odour presents a significant concern. The carbon layer traps and neutralises volatile odour compounds, while the absorbent inner layer draws fluid away from the wound bed to promote a moist, healing environment. Clinicians frequently rely on this dressing for fungating tumours, large leg ulcers, and stage III–IV pressure injuries.
