Description
This narrow-strip format of Smith & Nephew’s Jelonet paraffin gauze is designed for packing wound cavities, sinus tracts, and tunnelled wounds where a standard flat dressing would not provide adequate contact. The soft paraffin impregnation keeps the gauze pliable and non-adherent, reducing the discomfort associated with packing removal. Like all Jelonet presentations, it is sterile and ready for immediate clinical use.
