Description
Jelonet is a classic open-weave gauze dressing impregnated with white soft paraffin, offering a low-adherent primary layer for burns, skin-graft donor sites, superficial lacerations, and other wounds where protecting new epithelium is the primary goal. The 5 x 5 cm size is versatile for small wound areas and can be trimmed or layered as required. Paraffin impregnation keeps the gauze from drying out and bonding to the wound surface, allowing for gentle, atraumatic dressing changes.
