Primapore is a low-adherent, absorbent post-operative island dressing designed to protect clean sutured wounds and minor surgical sites in the days following a procedure. The 8.3 x 6 cm size is a clinical standard for smaller incisions and excision sites. A non-woven wound pad absorbs light exudate while the low-adherent facing prevents the dressing from sticking to the healing wound, so removal is straightforward without disturbing the repair.
