Opsite Flexifix from Smith & Nephew is a self-adhesive, highly conformable polyurethane film supplied on a perforated roll, making it easy to cut to any required size or shape. The 5 cm × 10 m format is well suited to securing primary dressings, protecting fragile or at-risk skin, and covering small-to-medium wound sites. Its semi-permeable membrane allows moisture vapour to escape while remaining impermeable to water and micro-organisms, supporting infection control without compromising skin integrity.
