The PolyMem SportsWrap 5″x48″ Roll extends the trusted SportsWrap formula into a longer format, ideal for larger wounds, full-extremity coverage, or situations where additional layers are clinically preferred. The self-adherent foam construction conforms readily to limbs and uneven body surfaces, securing in place without adhesive tape or fasteners. Its exudate-management properties help maintain the moist wound environment that supports healing, while remaining gentle enough for use on sensitive skin. Each case includes two boxes, three rolls per box, sold through POLYMEM as a special-order item.
