The roll format allows precise customisation to wound size, eliminating waste and ensuring full coverage across broad tissue areas such as abdominal wounds, large pressure injuries, or post-surgical sites. PolyMem’s patented matrix combines a glycerin-based cleanser, a starch copolymer absorbent, and a semi-permeable film backing to cleanse, fill, absorb, and protect in a single application.
