Description
The PolyMem WIC 3″ x 3″ Cavity Wound Filler brings the proven WIC platform to smaller cavity wounds, sinus tracts, and shallow undermined areas where the full-length 12″ strip would be excessive. It can be used whole or trimmed to the required length, giving clinicians precise control over fill volume. The PolyMem WIC matrix actively participates in wound cleansing and moisture management at the cavity level, supporting progressive granulation and closure. Each case contains four boxes of 10 fillers.
