Description
The PolyMem WIC Silver 3″ × 3″ Cavity Wound Filler is formulated for wounds with depth or undermining that cannot be adequately managed by a flat pad dressing. The WIC (Wound Irrigation and Cleansing) configuration allows the dressing to conform to the cavity and maintain intimate contact with all wound surfaces, while ionic silver distributed throughout the matrix provides continuous antimicrobial coverage in areas where bacterial colonisation is a particular concern. The foam simultaneously absorbs exudate, cleanses wound tissue, and maintains the moisture balance needed to support granulation and healing.
