Mölnlycke’s Mesorb 13 cm × 15 cm dressing is purpose-built for wounds producing high volumes of exudate, where standard absorbent dressings fall short. Its cellulose superabsorbent core draws fluid rapidly into the dressing and retains it, preventing strike-through and reducing the frequency of dressing changes. This larger pad size is well suited to broader wound areas such as venous leg ulcers, fungating wounds, and heavily draining post-surgical sites.
