Mepilex Border Flex Lite in the 7.5 × 7.5 cm size is a lightweight, highly conformable bordered foam dressing from Mölnlycke. It is engineered for lower-to-moderately exuding wounds on areas that experience frequent movement, such as joints, heels, or limbs. The Flex design allows the dressing to stretch in multiple directions alongside the patient’s movements, reducing the risk of edges lifting and minimising mechanical stress on periwound skin.
