Mepilex by Mölnlycke is a soft silicone foam dressing designed for the management of low-to-moderate exuding wounds. The 5 cm x 5 cm format is well suited to smaller wound sites such as minor abrasions, superficial pressure injuries, or post-procedural wounds where a discreet, conformable dressing is needed. Its Safetac® silicone contact layer adheres gently to intact skin while leaving the wound bed undisturbed, significantly reducing pain and trauma at dressing change.
