Description
The 20 cm x 30 cm Mepitel dressing is intended for larger wounds where a continuous, reliable wound contact layer is essential — including extensive partial-thickness burns, split-thickness skin graft donor sites, and large chronic ulcers. The soft-silicone coating holds the net securely against peri-wound tissue while preventing attachment to the wound base, so each dressing change causes minimal disruption to the healing process. The large format can also be cut to size if a smaller shape better matches the wound geometry, and the net will not unravel.
