Mölnlycke’s soft-silicone coating on a semi-transparent polyamide net allows wound monitoring without full removal, and the dressing can often remain in situ while only the outer secondary layer is replaced — reducing both patient discomfort and material consumption. The net structure maintains open channels for fluid management regardless of wound shape.
