The generous surface area reduces the need to overlap multiple smaller pieces, which simplifies application and ensures consistent Safetac adhesion across the entire wound margin. As with all Mepitel One dressings, it can remain undisturbed while secondary dressings are changed, minimising the mechanical stress placed on regenerating wound tissue.
