Mepilex Ag is a soft silicone antimicrobial foam dressing that delivers sustained silver release directly to the wound bed. The 10 cm x 20 cm format is well suited to managing moderately to heavily exuding wounds where infection is present or a concern — including pressure injuries, leg ulcers, and diabetic foot wounds. Molnlycke’s Safetac adhesive layer bonds to intact periwound skin without adhering to the moist wound surface, dramatically reducing pain and trauma at every dressing change.
