Exufiber Ag+ (5×5 cm) is a compact, sterile gelling fibre dressing from Molnlycke that combines the exudate-management power of Hydrolock technology with ionic silver for antimicrobial support. Designed for moderately to heavily exuding wounds where infection is a concern — including chronic leg ulcers, diabetic foot wounds, and post-surgical dehiscence — it absorbs wound fluid and forms a soft, cohesive gel that retains exudate and debris. The ionic silver releases within the dressing matrix to continuously work against microorganisms throughout wear time.
