Mepilex Border Flex (15×20 cm) is a large-format, rectangular self-adherent foam dressing well suited to elongated wounds such as abdominal incisions, extensive pressure injuries, or wide-area skin tears. The asymmetric dimensions provide clinicians with the flexibility to orient coverage longitudinally or transversely as the wound shape requires. Safetac soft-silicone adhesion around the full perimeter keeps the dressing in place through everyday activity while releasing cleanly at changes, reducing patient discomfort and the risk of skin stripping.
