Description
The Mepilex Up 20 cm × 50 cm is Mölnlycke’s extended-length foam dressing, designed for very large or elongated wounds — such as full-limb venous ulcers, extensive degloving injuries, and wide post-surgical incisions with heavy drainage. Like all Mepilex Up formats, it incorporates the Safetac soft-silicone wound contact layer that bonds to dry periwound skin while remaining non-adherent over moist wound tissue, enabling atraumatic, low-pain removal. The water-resistant outer film maintains dressing integrity during bathing and day-to-day activity, supporting extended wear and reduced change frequency.
