Description
Melgisorb Plus in the 3 x 45 cm rope format is engineered for packing deep wound cavities, sinuses, and tunnelling wounds where a flat pad cannot reach or conform. The long, narrow alginate rope can be gently placed into the wound track, where it absorbs exudate and forms a cohesive gel, supporting a moist healing environment deep within the wound. Produced by Mölnlycke, each rope is individually packaged and can be trimmed to the appropriate length as needed.
