Description
The Cruiser X4 is a lightweight everyday wheelchair that weighs 33.5 pounds or less in its basic configuration, excluding front riggings — light enough to self-propel and light enough for a caregiver to lift. A blended aluminum and carbon steel frame keeps that weight down without giving up rigidity, helped by dual over-centre cross frame assists.
Seat depth adjusts between 16″ and 18″, the back height adjusts, and the flip-back removable arm sets from 10″ to 14″ above the seat rail using a front-mounted release lever. Three-position quick-release rear axles give seat-to-floor heights of 17″, 18″ or 19″, and polyurethane rear tires on composite mag wheels keep the ride smooth and maintenance minimal.
