Description
A foam mattress meant for long term care has to hold its shape through years of continuous occupancy, not one recovery. The Gravity 9 layers latex-free foams under a full top layer of open-cell visco-elastic memory foam for immersion, and scores the bottom layer horizontally along its length so the mattress articulates with the bed instead of fighting it.
High-density foam perimeters give a solid edge to transfer from, and the heel section is sloped with a channel-cut centre. This version has raised side rails. It measures 36″ by 80″ by 6″ with a 450 lb capacity, meets CFR 1632 and CFR 1633, and is warranted 15 years on the foam and three on the cover.
