The calcium alginate fibres quickly absorb wound fluid and convert to a soft gel that maintains intimate contact with the wound surface, supporting autolytic debridement and a moist healing environment. Silver ions released throughout wear time help control bacterial load without requiring antiseptic additives. This size is particularly well-suited to wide-area pressure injuries, leg ulcers, or post-surgical wounds. Secure with an appropriate secondary dressing. Each box contains 10 dressings.
